Clinical Group Exercise / Clinical Pilates
Sessions utilise traditional gym, cardiovascular and clinical Pilates equipment to deliver evidence-based clinical interventions for a wide range of conditions / populations. Our group sessions are one hour in length and consist of a maximum of four people per class. This means a more tailored group exercise session with the practitioner ensuring correct and safe technique. These sessions are great value for money, and cost a fraction of an hour long private session.

Clinical Group Exercise
Clinical group sessions are facilitated by Accredited Exercise Physiologists who specialise in the treatment and prevention of chronic injuries and illnesses.
Sessions are tailored to individual needs and suitable for clients with complex care needs.
Private health rebates may be available.
Getting started
Prior to commencing group sessions an individual assessment is required.
Assessments comprise medical history / health screening and depending on individual needs; postural, movement, strength, balance, gait, cardiovascular assessments among others.
Following your initial assessment your therapist will determine if further individual sessions are required or you can commence clinical group services.
